We take every complaint seriously and will respond with care. If you have a concern about your data or privacy, or about the care or service you have received from the practice, please use the form below. All complaints are received by The Microbiome Group's Director, Viola Sampson.

 

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days. We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.

 

If your complaint relates to a clinical matter and cannot be resolved directly with the practice, you may wish to contact the relevant practitioner's registering body. Details of each practitioner's professional registrations are on their profile pages that can be found through our team page.
